LaMal Case ManagerJob DescriptionThe Refugee Social Center (CSIR), within the Directorate of Integration and Solidarity (DIRIS), has the mission of providing social support and financial assistance to refugees who have arrived in the Canton of Vaud during the first years of their stay in Switzerland. In your capacity as a Case Manager in the LaMal unit, you process medical invoices related to health insurance and provide support to CSIR teams for all specific LAMal questions.Responsibilities- Organize and manage the complete handling of medical invoices for social assistance beneficiaries in connection with health insurance- Provide support to social workers (AS) and specialized case managers (GDS) of the CSIR for all specific LAMal questions- Ensure support for the LaMal unit, as well as other CSIR entities, on an ad hoc basisFor further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Profile- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or a qualification deemed equivalent- Generalist in social insurance is an asset- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial employee, including at least one year in the field of social insurance- In-depth knowledge of social insurance (notably LAMal) and social action networks for the field of integration is a plus- Ease in communication, both oral and written- Perfect mastery of common IT toolsWHO ARE WE?The Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS) offers the inhabitants of the Canton of Vaud support and integration measures, accommodation solutions in medico-social institutions, as well as financial aid.
