As Head of Network Management (m/f/d), you will take on an important role in the X management team and thus be a crucial part of a successful leadership team in the Network division.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Technical and hierarchical leadership of the Network department with around ten employees at various locations in Switzerland (Bern, Sursee, Winterthur)- Responsibility for operation, security, and further development of the fenaco network (Cisco/Fortinet)- Assume the X-role for network service according to ITIL 4- Planning and execution of internal and external training with internal stakeholders and external service providers- Ensuring a high standard of quality and continuous service improvementWHAT YOU BRING- Several years of experience in the network field, ideally with Cisco and Fortinet technologies- Leadership experience and high social competence- Solid knowledge in ITIL 4 and service management- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Enjoyment in the development of teams and willingness to travel- You have a command of German and good English skillsWHO WE AREWe at Bison do not want to become your new family.
