Job Description

The ORP-CSR Joint Unit, attached to the Regional Employment Office (ORP) of Western Lausanne, aims to support recipients of the Integration Income (RI) through methods combining the skills of social workers from the Regional Social Centre (CSR) and personnel advisers from the ORP.

Within this framework, you organise and support the activity of the Joint Unit's staff. You accompany the creation of a professional practice based on the actions of two complementary professions and influence the deployment of innovative practices in the field of socio-professional integration.

You ensure the development of the skills of your unit's staff while controlling the quality of service provided to beneficiaries and compliance with the legal framework.

You support the head of the ORP and the head of the CSR and contribute to the quality of relations between the ORP and the CSR.

You monitor and advise each beneficiary with the aim of optimising employment placement. You select appropriate placement strategies for each individual and have specific measures at your disposal to develop their employability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the activity of the Joint Unit's staff;

  • Organise, optimise and control the quality of the Joint Unit's work;

  • Ensure the development of the skills of the Joint Unit's staff;

  • Support the head of the ORP as well as the heads of the CSR and contribute to the quality of relations between the ORP and the CSR;

  • Perform the role of ORP personnel adviser and deputise for the office head in office management.

Qualifications

  • Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist or personnel adviser.

  • Several years of experience in counselling and placement, socio-professional reintegration, HR and management.

  • You have been made aware of the legal aspects of HR follow-up through your experience.

  • You have a good knowledge of the labour market and the economic fabric of Vaud.
