As the Head of Institutional Fundraising (60–70%), you will be responsible for the further development and implementation of our institutional fundraising, making a significant contribution to the financial sustainability of our foundation and enhancing our fundraising team. We are looking for a committed, thoughtful personality starting March 1 or by agreement.Your responsibilities and leadership in institutional fundraising will include building and maintaining long-term partnerships with funding institutions, preparing funding applications and managing the entire application and reporting process, and analyzing and further developing fundraising activities.Your profile includes several years of experience in the NPO/foundation environment, very good knowledge of the Swiss funding landscape, ideally with a network, a structured, independent, and results-oriented compelling personality, and German as your native language (ideally Swiss-German), with very good knowledge of French (minimum B2).We offer a meaningful key role with great responsibility, including the possibility of remote work, a committed, bilingual team, and a workplace in Lausanne, just a 3-minute walk from the train station.
