As a world market leader with more than 3'700 employees, we expand our structures continuously!We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance for our Swiss headquarters. This hands-on role will help drive global finance strategy, improve processes, and ensure effective controls in collaboration with group and local teams. The position also provides guidance on reporting, controlling, and transfer pricing for subsidiaries, while ensuring timely and consistent statutory filings across all entities.ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingOwn general ledger, accounting, and financial close for the Swiss HQ entitiesEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reportingPrepare variance analyses and financial commentaryEnsure data quality and compliance with group accounting policies.Statutory Compliance & AuditPrepare statutory financial statements for the Swiss HQ entity under Swiss GAAP FEREnsure compliance with Swiss legal, accounting, and tax requirementsOversee statutory filings and compliance for local entities, coordinating with local finance teams and external advisorsLead HQ audits and coordinate local entity audit processesAct as primary contact for auditors and advisors at HQ level.Planning & Performance SupportSupport forecasting and financial planning processes for Global Functions (e.g. HR, R&D)Monitor performance against plan and forecastAnalyze deviations and support corrective actions.Governance & Internal ControlsEnsure effective internal controls and financial governanceMaintain and enforce finance policies and proceduresIdentify financial and compliance risks and support mitigation actionsSupport internal audits and compliance reviews.Stakeholder & Team CollaborationWork closely with the CFO and Habasit Group Management TeamProvide functional guidance to local finance teams and entity controllersCollaborate with Tax, Treasury, HR and external consultantsSupport global ERP (e.g SAP S4 HANA) implementation and enhancement as Finance Stream Lead.ProfileQualifications & ExperienceMin. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProfessional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting & Controlling)10+ years of experience in an international environmentProven experience with Swiss legal entities and statutory reportingStrong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS.To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to possess very strong functional skills, proven leadership experience and strong communication skills.Demonstrated success in financial accounting, risk analysis, and corporate governanceKnowledge of SAP (FICO) and HyperionFluent in English and GermanAbility to work independently but with strong influencing skills in an international matrixed environmentExhibit entrepreneurial spirit within framework of global company.
