Employment ManagerAs the Employment Manager (RME) within the Unit and Specific Missions (UEMS), you lead cases in the context of divorce procedures, revisions of divorce judgments and/or matters concerning Justices of the Peace and Courts. You submit proposals regarding parental authority, custody, and visitation rights. Your mission at the General Directorate of Childhood and Youth (DGEJ) is concretely situated in the protection of minors in danger in their development.ResponsibilitiesLead cases in the context of divorce procedures, revisions of divorce judgments and/or matters concerning Justices of the Peace, District Courts and the Cantonal Court, and submit proposals regarding parental authority, custody, and visitation rights. Execute civil measures ordered by the Cantonal Court in cases of abduction (CLaH 80). Analyze the applications submitted, conduct necessary investigations and hearings, and apply decisions in cases of civil measures according to CLaH 96 and potentially CLaH 61. Lead cases within the framework of judicial requests for inter-cantonal assistance.Appear at hearings, defend and support the proposals of the report from investigations regarding name changes in the cantonal context. Knowledge in the field of child development and family law. Knowledge of CLaH 80, 96 and 61, and the LF-EEA. Ability to conduct difficult interviews and possess excellent networking skills related to the protection of minors. Basic knowledge (MS Office suite). A valid B driving license and a privately owned vehicle is expected for the role. Disclosure of any potential criminal records is required for this position.
