Head Coach - Artistic Swimming (%)The Cercle des Nageurs de Monthey is looking for a Head Coach to continue the development of its section in: Monthey, Vouvry and St-Maurice, SwitzerlandStart date: to be agreed upon, ideally from the start of the sports seasonMissions:- Supervision of groups (children from 4 years old, youth and adults)- Creation of a sports season program including free and technical choreographies (solos, duos and teams)- Technical, physical and mental preparation of athletes- Supervision and accompaniment during regional, national and international competitions- Supervision and accompaniment of the team during training camps- Contribution to the development of the club's sports projects (camps, events)- Participation in the supervision of the swimming schoolProfile sought:- Be ready to assume a position of responsibility, involving the sports management of the section, the coordination of coaches and the collaboration with the committee- Experience (minimum 10 years) in artistic swimming, whether as an athlete or coach- Experience in the creation of choreographies (solos, duos and teams)- Experience in supervising several groups of different ages- Skills in the mental preparation of athletes (coaching, sports psychology or equivalent)- Ability to integrate a global body approach (injury prevention, mobility, body awareness)- Experience in supporting, training and transmitting skills to other coaches- Autonomy and sense of organization- Mastery of French orally (supervision of children from 4 years old)- Availability in the evenings and on weekends- Jeunesse & Sport (J+S) certification. The continuing education required by Jeunesse+Sport must be followed in order to maintain this active recognition throughout the duration of the contract- Valid lifeguard certification: BLS/AED and Pool Base (minimum).
