Within the P&C Department, and to strengthen the service in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (P&C), we are looking for a Group Leader P&C at 80 to 100%, based in Lausanne. The role involves leading a team of specialized managers and managing assignment files which require you to: - Provide support and technical advice to your team on the files - Organize and coordinate the work of your group: holding team meetings, preparing replacement plans, etc. - Actively participate in the weekly management meetings of the department and closely collaborate with the department head and other group leaders - Train your team (10 people) and ensure compliance with management rules - Plan, organize, and control the handling of cases by your team and actively participate in and oversee the processing procedures - Independently handle part of the claims cases from your own client portfolio (from opening and in close collaboration with loss experts and specialists) - Maintain regular contacts with partners, insured parties, and stakeholders of the files Your profile: - Federal certificate in insurance or an equivalent qualification - Confirmed experience in the field, experienced, recognized for your ability to mobilize teams, foster a positive work environment, and promote team development while making effective decisions in demanding environments - French-speaking, with excellent written and oral communication skills - Comfortable with common tools (MS Office) If you are also an invested leader, organized, proactive, and demonstrate a strong client focus with a positive character, you are likely the person we are looking for!
