You will be responsible for consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, analyzing the reports of the group companies, commenting on the results, and, where appropriate, establishing and supervising action plans. In close collaboration with the group CFO, you will establish accounting standards according to Swiss GAAP RPC, develop existing reports, tools, and processes, and train local managers with social skills. You will conduct ad hoc analyses, support the design and implementation of processes and budgets on a group-wide scale, evaluate investment requests, and support CAPEX processes. Additionally, you will carry out on-site audits in the group's companies and support group-wide risk management and the SCI process. Your varied and interesting area of activity is complemented by occasional involvement in special projects and due diligence reviews.You have a comprehensive and continuous background in finance, accounting, and management control, as well as a successful professional experience in manufacturing companies. A very good command of MS Office is required (especially Excel and PowerPoint), along with in-depth knowledge of ERP systems. You work in a structured, precise, and rigorous manner, demonstrating a strong service orientation and high flexibility. Your loyalty, communication skills, and ability to interact with people from different specialties are as important as your expertise. Very good knowledge of German and French is essential to ensure smooth communication within the group.
