The Swiss specialist in the maintenance and readings of hot water and heat meters is looking for a Head of Readings and Accounting. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:Degree: You hold a commercial employee CFC or equivalent.Personal skills: You are organized, rigorous, and have a particular affinity for numbers and can process data with a high capacity to manage a significant workload without compromising the quality of your work and service.Technical skills: You master the tools needed to work effectively in a digital environment.Second language: German or English. Your main responsibilities:Collect, enter, process, and validate data from the meters (water/heat) installed in the buildings (approx. counters per person). Verify the completeness of readings and, if necessary, perform adjustments or averages. Identify the concerned parties based on the information provided by management companies. Calculate the allocations for the period and establish the data for heating and water. Collaborate with the quality control department before the final submission to management companies. Ensure a rigorous follow-up of anomalies detected on the meters (intervention records and update of data after technician feedback).
