To do this, in accordance with the owners' instructions and the company's directives: ü Ensure the management and financial oversight of properties and assets ü Guarantee optimal technical maintenance and management of buildings ü Represent our owners before judicial authorities ü Manage and motivate a team while ensuring communication between management and your team Profile sought: You have confirmed experience in a similar position and hold a federal diploma in property management, You have excellent knowledge of both building technology and rental law, You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate very good priority management.
