Within our Production team based in Saignelégier, we are looking for a Manufacturing Manager; you are responsible for surface treatments and cleaning of watch components. Responsibilities You carry out surface treatments (dipping) of dials, appliques, and watch cases, from the preparation to the coloring phase and create and follow the manufacturing processes for these components, performing background treatments on dials (sanding, opaline, sunburst...). You ensure the washing of case and dial components using a washing line or participate in the monitoring of treatment baths and ensure the maintenance of equipment and baths, control the quality of produced parts, and enter quantities in the production order (OF). You contribute to the development of new processes, actively participate in resolving quality issues, and are a driving force in the continuous improvement process. Qualifications Holder of a CFC in galvanoplasty, electroplating, or equivalent, you have solid experience in a similar role in the watchmaking sector, ideally focusing on dials. Dynamic, motivated, and autonomous, you master galvanoplasty techniques and are recognized for your rigor and sense of teamwork. A very good communicator, you promote exchanges and are able to establish a relationship of trust within teams. Curious, you keep up to date with technological developments in galvanic processes. Responsive to the needs and constraints of your colleagues as well as the requirements of other departments, you demonstrate an open mind and are proactive in optimizing performance.
