Dr. Combe, located in Lausanne, offers a position for a full-time cook. Dr. Combe provides specialized educational and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults living with disabilities. The kitchen offers menus prepared with local and fresh products, thus ensuring a quality service. From traditional dishes to desserts and specific dietary regimes for our users, the kitchen adapts its offerings to meet the requirements while providing complete meal options and a varied choice. To complete our team, we are looking for a full-time cook. Your main mission: Alongside the head chef, you will be responsible for: Preparing meals for children and staff, Setting up and distributing meals, Ensuring the cleanliness of workspaces, equipment, utensils, and machines, Applying hygiene and safety standards, Completing any other assigned tasks. We require: A vocational diploma in cooking with a federal certificate as a cook in dietary or skills in dietetics, Confirmed professional experience in the medico-social field, Minimum of 5 years of experience, Ability to work in a team, Speed, precision, and manual skill, Mastery of hygiene and safety regulations.
