As a true partner, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing the financial performance of the group. More specifically, you will be responsible for: the annual budget, updating rolling forecasts, building 3-5 year plans, - monitoring P&L, cash flow, margins, and KPIs; analyzing variances and - supporting management in budget management and decision-making. - tools FP&A, reporting, and deploying BI/ERP. - working closely with financial managers and the top management of the group. We are looking for a person with: - a degree in finance, accounting or management. - Proven experience in financial control or FP&A, ideally in an industrial or multi-site group. - Strong mastery of Excel, financial ERPs, and BI tools. - English B2.
