## Job Description ##

The Financial Controller will:

* Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts for the management team.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure compliance with budgets.
* Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
* Support audits and liaise with external auditors to provide necessary documentation.

* Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data management.
* Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.

## The Successful Applicant ##

A successful Financial Controller should have:

* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
* Experience in Switzerland.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
