Description
For a medium-sized Swiss nationwide SME in the food industry, we are looking for a specialist for the Finance / HR team
Your Tasks
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assisting with the general ledger and closing tasks
- Preparing payroll runs and expense reports
- Assisting in personnel administration
- You manage personnel files, master data and contracts
- You are the contact person for authorities, insurance companies, employees
- General support for the Head of Finance and Human Resources
- Occasionally general tasks, filing and correspondence for management
Our Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in accounting and preferably in human resources
- Further training at the level of accounting clerk or federal diploma
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- You are a communicative, cheerful and down-to-earth person
