Finance, Accounting and Quality Specialist (80%)

Your main tasks:

• Preparation of annual budgets and accounts for various measures and associations
• Regular budget monitoring in collaboration with managers and directors
• Analysis of budget variances and control of the consistency of accounting and analytical postings
• Support and collaboration with the accounting team and transmission of necessary information for accounting processing
• Participation in closings and financial audits
• Preparation and monitoring of investment requests
• Monitoring financial elements with clients and responding to their requests, controls and requirements
• Monitoring related to financial and regulatory requirements of clients
• Participation in the monitoring and improvement of the ISO 9001 quality system, coordination of audits and ensuring compliance with internal practices and processes

Your profile

• Higher education in business administration or equivalent training
• Proven experience in financial management, management control or analytical accounting, minimum 3 years
• Interest in Quality systems and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard is an asset
• Ability to analyse, structure and synthesise financial data
• Ability to manage priorities and respond to unforeseen events with agility
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with various stakeholders
• Organisational skills, rigour and reliability
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented personality who enjoys dynamic environments
• Excellent Excel skills; an Excel Expert certification is an asset
