We are pleased to assist Le Relais in its search for a finance and accounting manager. Le Relais is dedicated to the social and professional integration of adults and young adults in difficulty. It addresses various audiences, such as young people without jobs or those facing dependency problems or other challenges, and is present throughout the canton of Vaud with 15 structures, employing around 160 qualified professionals in specialized fields and work. Le Relais has been a player in numerous changes thanks to its entrepreneurial spirit and collaboration with public and private entities. The new finance and accounting manager will be responsible for: Managing budgets and cash flow; Preparing and presenting financial statements and year-end closings; Financial analysis, analytical accounting, and reporting establishment; Supervising VAT reports, social insurance statements, payroll, and reports for many projects; Managing and supervising a team (including multi-site management). Your profile: Specialist certificate in finance and accounting / expert diploma in finance and controlling; 5 years of experience in a hospital or in a similar environment, multi-site experience; Experience in management and leading a small team.
