## **Your tasks and responsibilities:** ##

* **Facilities & Utilities Operations**
Responsible for maintenance, utilities, and classified production environments to ensure efficiency and compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.
* **Site Services & Vendor Management**
Coordinate the delivery of site services (catering, security, cleaning) and monitor the performance of internal teams and external service providers, including budget management.
* **Leadership & Team Development**
Lead and develop teams of 2-10 employees, foster a high-performance culture, provide coaching, and support career growth.
* **Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management**
Act as the single point of contact for business units, translate their needs into workplace and service solutions, and support space planning and cost allocation.
* **Project & Reliability Management**
Support capital and infrastructure projects, lead small-scale projects and moves, and develop reliability programs for critical building systems.
* **Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement**
Represent Facilities in audits, lead site-level safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs, benchmarking, and best practice sharing.

**Your profile:**

* Completed education or degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in building management and operation of technical systems
* Solid financial knowledge, especially in budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting
* Experience in dealing with service providers and contract management
* Leadership skills to manage and develop teams (2-10 employees)
* Good knowledge of GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
