## Job Description ##

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 Directors
* Complex calendar and agenda management; scheduling internal and external meetings
* Organise business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries
* Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
* Coordinate internal events, workshops and leadership meetings
* Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Contribute to process improvements and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Successful previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders
* Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Ability to work independently, take initiative and anticipate needs
* Discretion, reliability and a positive, service-oriented mindset
