You ensure the professional management of the head of service’s agenda, oversee deadlines, and guarantee the follow-up of files. Thanks to your excellent writing skills, you take charge of drafting and formatting documents, notes, reports, and other official papers. You also organize various meetings and meticulously draft the minutes. With a keen sense of responsibility, you manage files autonomously and ensure compliance with deadlines for tasks assigned to various internal and external partners. Your ability to anticipate, coordinate, and prioritize is essential to effectively support the interests of the organization. Your interest in the fields of leadership and development also manifests in the supervision and training of a commerce apprentice, thus contributing to the skill development of future talent. Profile: Holding a vocational certificate as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, you have completed your training with a professional or higher education in management assistance, ideally culminating in a federal diploma. You show a genuine interest in the fields of leadership and development and have confirmed experience in a management assistant role. Proactive, versatile, and agile, you stand out for your excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your sense of priorities, rigor, and ability to work independently allow you to manage diverse files efficiently and reliably. Comfortable with standard digital tools, you are proficient in modern office environments and capable of quickly adopting new tools.
