Stimulated by business needs, UDITIS Specialist EUC M365 / Technical Support (M/F) brings together skills to integrate technologies like X. A successful company created as a spin-off of the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), it is active in the field of systems and is present in Peseux as well as Delémont. We are looking for a: Specialist EUC M365 / Technical Support (M/F).Job missions:Technical support and EUC- Ensure technical support in the Microsoft 365 environment- Manage and administer workstations (End User Computing)- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to M365- Maintain the techniques and foundations of Microsoft 365- Administer and configure M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)- Manage identities and access (Entra ID)- Configure and maintain M365 security policies- Apply updates and security patches- Endpoint management (Intune), and manage devices via Microsoft Intune- Create and maintain profiles and continue updates- Collaborate with different squads on transversal projects- Participate in technical support on-call (availability outside office hours)- Contribute to the team's skills developmentDesired profile:- (CFC, Technician ES, Bachelor)- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support and M365, including proven experience in supporting complex IT environments and multi-sites- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while working on several missions simultaneously- Willing and able to quickly acquire new skills- Flexible and resilient to stress in the face of changes and emergencies- Experience in managing multi-client environments is a plus- Experience in On-Premise server environments is a plus- Welcome certifications: - MD-102 Microsoft 365 Endpoint - MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - MS-102 Microsoft 365 Expert - AZ-900 Azure FundamentalsYour profile:- You are passionate and curious about the latest technological developments- You are persevering and enjoy producing work with a high degree of quality- You are autonomous, dynamic, and rigorous- Service-oriented, you have excellent interpersonal skills, are helpful, and possess a strong client focus- You enjoy teamwork, are a driving force, and share the values that are ours: - Progress through sharing, success through teamwork - Trust in everyone, respect for all - United in friendliness for quality service- You have a perfect command of French and are comfortable in English.
