Commercial EmployeeIntroductionGDL CAMPER Sàrl is a leading company in the motorhome sector, specializing in the sale, rental, and service of campers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed commercial employee to support us in the management of warranties and daily operations.Mission- Manages the processing and follow-up of warranties- Organizes all warranties in coordination with the workshop and the receptionist- Orders parts for warranty work and original parts in coordination with offers for repairs with original parts- Regularly notifies customers of delivery details and any delays or warranty issues- Transmits files to be attached to work cards- Informs management of any potential problems, delivery delays, refusals, or conflicts- Checks non-warranty invoices, as necessary- Manages conflicts with customers, finds solutions with the after-sales service, and informs management if necessary- Contact with the after-sales services of our suppliers- Processing and follow-up of all warranties, vehicles, and items installed originally or in after-sales (e.g., fridge, heating, awning, etc.)- Follow-up and control of reimbursements for shipping costs, VAT, and customs transit for parts and warranty claims by suppliers- Management of documents, payment reminders, customer files, follow-up of work sheets, according to work performed- Archiving and management of elements necessary for commercial activityProfile- Completed commercial training (CFC or equivalent)- Experience in customer service and good knowledge of German, both oral and written (C1)- Good command of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems- Team spirit and a friendly, professional work methodBenefits- Working conditions in a dynamic and family-oriented environment- Modern work tools and a pleasant working atmosphere- Discounts on the rental of our leisure vehicles- A motivated team that supports you during your integrationIf this position interests you and you wish to join our team, we look forward to receiving your application.
