Electrician or MCR Technician Founded in [year], Mobimo X is a Facility Management company that provides quality services, primarily at the sites of its parent company, the real estate company Mobimo AG, one of the largest real estate companies in Switzerland. To support the continuous growth of our portfolio, we are strengthening our technical team and creating a new position. We are therefore looking for an Electrician or MCR Technician. In this role, you will be in direct contact with pleasant yet demanding clients, primarily in the Flon district in Lausanne. Your strong sense of service and customer focus will enable you to meet their needs and deliver quality services. Your mission: Maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of MCR, HVAC. Proficiency in managing supervision. Analyzing technical malfunctions remotely or on-site (faults, alarms). Writing simple reports, placing orders, managing tickets. Managing our dedicated software for FM X remote management MCR. Ensuring, among colleagues, availability service outside of hours. Your basic profile: CFC electrician or equivalent. Very good technical knowledge in the maintenance and servicing of building systems (GTB-MCR). Good knowledge of building installations. Proficiency in the French language and good knowledge of [English/German, depending on context]. Valid work permit and driver's license B. Sense of responsibility and ease in [unspecified tasks].
