In the Technical department, you ensure the management and development of Maintenance Methods & CMMS. You guarantee data quality, compliance with processes, and the production of performance indicators for Maintenance Methods & CMMS in electricity.Your tasks- Administer and optimize the CMMS to ensure the reliability and quality of maintenance data.- Create, update, and structure equipment, ranges, and preventive maintenance plans.- Register, track, and analyze preventive and corrective interventions.- Ensure the tracking of work orders.- Accompany and support technical teams in the daily use of the CMMS.- Develop and evolve maintenance methods and procedures.- Analyze intervention reports and propose continuous improvement actions.- Produce performance indicators, dashboards, and reports for clients.- Identify discrepancies, anticipate risks, and implement necessary corrective actions.- Participate in the planning of interventions and the monitoring of maintenance budgets.- Collaborate closely with field teams, project managers, and various stakeholders.Your profile- CFC in a technical building field (electricity, heating, plumbing, HVAC, or equivalent).- Confirmed experience in technical building maintenance or in a methods role.- Mastery of a CMMS, ideally CARL Source and/or CARL Flash.- Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles and associated processes.- Technical knowledge in the CVSE fields; experience or training in electricity is a real asset.- Mastery of Power BI; skills in VBA or SQL represent an advantage.- Ability to analyze technical data, develop relevant indicators, and produce quality reports.- Ease and ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders.- Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of organization.- Proactivity and ability to lead change.Your perspectives- Fair compensation in line with the market.- Possibilities for customized initial and continuous training.- State-of-the-art infrastructure.- Informal address at all levels from the first day.Who are we?swisspro SR SA is a company established in French-speaking Switzerland with sites in Renens, Geneva, Montreux, Le Sentier, Sion, Neuchâtel, and Delémont.
