You occupy a central role on the ground, at the heart of varied electrical sites, both in the residential and industrial sectors. This position combines site management responsibility and active participation: you are both a conductor and an experienced professional. MissionAs a Site Manager for general electrical installations, you ensure the complete management of the sites while actively participating in the work. Your main responsibilities include:- Planning, organizing, and coordinating the work on the site- Managing and interpreting electrical plans and diagrams- Assigning tasks, supervising and coordinating a team of up to 6 to 8 people- Working on electrical installations yourself, as an experienced professional- Taking charge of deadlines, quality of execution, and compliance with standards- Ordering, anticipating needs, and managing supplies- Being the point of contact on site for clients and other stakeholders- Ensuring proper site maintenance (order, cleanliness, safety)- Managing priorities and emergencies, and making necessary decisions for the smooth progress of the work Profile- CFC or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in general electrical installations- Experience in site management and team supervision- A diploma in site management, able to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility- Comfortable with customer contact and on-site communication- Appreciation for well-done, clean, and structured work- Respect for commitments, people, and rules- Excellent capacity for decision-making and emergency management What we offer you:- An evolving environment favorable to the balance between professional and private life- The social benefits of a modern company, equitable treatment, professional development opportunities- A strong spirit of cohesion and a team proud to work Together, we move towards success Need additional information?
