Within our Building Services, you play a key role in managing electrical activities and in developing the electrical field. If you are passionate about electricity, motivated by management, and enjoy tackling technical and human challenges, this opportunity is made for you! Reporting to the technical management, you are responsible for the performance and well-being of your team supervising 4 project managers and their electrician teams, and you ensure the proper execution of projects while respecting deadlines, budgets, as well as quality and safety requirements. Your responsibilities: - Manage, support, and develop the skills of 4 project managers - Supervise and coordinate the teams of electricians - Ensure compliance with Swiss standards (NIBT, OIBT), safety, and quality of the projects - Oversee project progress (deadlines, costs, quality, clients) - Be the key contact between management, project managers, and external partners - Participate in technical decisions, ongoing improvement, and processes - Actively contribute to the sector’s development (resources, performance) Your qualifications: - Basic training in the electrical field (CFC electrician or equivalent) - Federal diploma of project manager or deemed equivalent - Confirmed experience in project management and team management in electrical installations - Excellent knowledge of the Swiss framework - Leadership, sense of responsibility, and very good skills in taking a strategic view while remaining close to the field - Proficiency in French, both written and spoken (other languages: a plus) - Availability: To be agreed Ready to electrify your career?
