Today, present in 22 countries, we have 8 subsidiaries worldwide (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Japan, Brazil, and Australia).Electrical Design EngineerIn this capacity, we wish to welcome an Electrotechnical Designer to complete our Technical Office of 4, including the manager.Main MissionEnsure technical responsibility for studies and electrotechnical designs within the framework of post-assembly, retrofit, and obsolescence management projects, guaranteeing technical consistency, document quality, and compatibility with machine architectures.This opportunity involves several tasks including:Studies and Design- Analyze post-assembly or obsolescence requests and define appropriate technical solutions.- Establish technical specifications for electrical components.- Design, modify, and validate electrical diagrams using EPLAN P8 and ELCAD.- Guarantee the overall consistency of modified electrical architectures (power, control, safety, etc.).Project Technical Management- Act as a technical reference and decision support for electrotechnical choices in projects.- Plan and monitor technical activities related to post-assembly projects.- Coordinate activities with other disciplines (mechanical, hydraulic, etc.).- Functionally supervise designers and draftspeople involved in projects.- Organize and lead internal technical discussions related to post-assembly projects.- Define the electrical architecture of post-assembly kits, guaranteeing their compatibility with the various existing machines in service.- Establish technical documentation and manuals.- Validate the completeness and technical compliance of kits before shipment, considering technical impacts on cost prices.Obsolescence Management- Analyze and propose replacement solutions for obsolete components compatible with existing architectures.- Coordinate with different departments (mechanical, hydraulic, etc.) to ensure overall feasibility.- Participate in the validation of replacement solutions (post-assembly kits).Technical and Field Support- Provide technical support to production and assembly as well as to the field, including technical analyses during machine overhauls.- Participate in technical discussions with clients, subsidiaries, and suppliers.
