Job description: Missions: As a pedagogical manager in a school environment (M/F/D), you play a central role in defining, implementing, and monitoring the pedagogical project of the organization. In this capacity, your missions include, in particular: Developing, managing, and ensuring the coherence of the pedagogical project in line with the organization's values; serving as a pedagogical reference for the multidisciplinary teams; accompanying, supervising, and supporting professionals in their roles; ensuring the quality of support for people with disabilities; participating in and continuing actions; being the primary contact for families, partners, and institutions; contributing to compliance with regulatory frameworks and best practices; participating in meetings and transversal projects of the organization.Profile sought: - Higher education in pedagogy, social and medical fields, or equivalent; - Experience in a similar position, ideally in the disability sector; - Strong skills in pedagogy, team management, and project management; - Listening, leadership, and decision-making abilities; - Sense of responsibility and professional rigor; - Comfort and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
