To strengthen our EuLog division, we are looking for a motivated individual to join the adventure as: eCommerce. You will be at the heart of the ordering and delivery process, ensuring that every watch or accessory sent to our clients perfectly reflects quality and excellence. Your main tasks: Regarding Watches:- Perform physical goods entries and orders- Control of watches with the help of SAP- Filling out and managing warranty cards- Printing thank you cards and documents- Packaging gifts to be included with orders- Adjusting metal bracelets to size- Ordering and managing stock of additional links for metal bracelets and consumables- Setting the time and checking the plastic watches and cleaning the watch- Placing watches in their respective cases- Wrapping cases in gift paper- Packing for specific shipping- Labeling packages and adding delivery notesRegarding Leather Straps:- Assembling clasps- Custom embossingProfile:- Experience in the watchmaking sector or equivalent (AFP in watchmaking, T2/T3/or in quality)- First professional experience in a similar positionProfessional Requirements:- Good knowledge of SAP is desired, SAP EWM- Comfortable with digital work tools (SAP, mobile scanners)- Flexibility regarding new processes in the field of dexterityLanguages:We recommend the following language skills:- German or Swiss-German or French with a very good knowledge of the other, English is an additional asset.Company address:The Group Services LtdLängfeldweg 119CH - Biel BienneContact:Aline Huguenin jid059fa7baen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
