Team Leader Driller M7 (d)What you will accomplish:- Independently execute X special works (Berlin wall, micropiles, anchors, shotcrete, injections, shoring...) throughout French-speaking Switzerland.- Organize and plan each construction site from A to Z, including execution and dismantling, aiming for efficiency and profitability.- Supervise and motivate a team of 2 to 3 people on site.- Drive and maintain specialized equipment (drills, technical equipment…).- Manage the follow-up: daily reports, hours, orders, and quality.What you need to shine:- Driving license for drill M7; M1/M2/Platform = a real plus.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in Switzerland.- Dynamism, autonomy, reliability, and ease with specialized machines; good physical condition and team spirit are essential, as well as adherence to SUVA safety rules and internal standards as part of your professional DNA.Why you will love working with us:- A dynamic family business, in full growth, with a real team spirit.- A key representative role on site and with clients.- Solid conditions: 5 weeks of vacation + 6 days of rest and a healthy pension fund.Edona Hasani is the HR Business Partner of the Frutiger group and is happy to answer all your questions about job offers and the process.
