AWARE of the value of the Vaud rural landscape, Architects have notably acquired solid experience in projects of all scales. This expertise extends from public to private, involving protected historical buildings or reworking built heritage, which represents an exciting playground for the office and offers tremendous opportunities for the owner. Always placing context and environment at the center of our approach, we propose humble and contemporary architecture that combines qualities of cost-effectiveness, respect for sustainability, and proximity. This notion has been fundamental to X since its inception. This approach is reflected not only through collaboration with regional companies but also through resources. The architectural team consists of a mixed team of 12 members with very different but complementary profiles. Following several new wins (competition wins, in historical monuments, public buildings, etc.), the office needs one more person to complete its team. We are looking for: A ( %) YOUR ROLE: · Preliminary project, project, and execution plans. · Development of constructive details, particularly in the context of updates and monitoring of plans. · Execution and documentation files. · Collaboration with architects and site managers, engineers, and companies. · Contribution to the graphic and technical quality of the projects. PROFILE · CFC in building or equivalent. · Experience in an architectural office, ideally in Switzerland. · Proficiency in Archicad (2D and 3D). · Comfortable with Messerli, the Adobe Suite, and Enscape (or willing to train). · Strong interest in existing buildings and complex projects. · Precision, attention to detail, and autonomy. · Team spirit and good communication skills.
