Our client, an industrial company recognised for its expertise and the quality of its achievements, is seeking as part of the development of its manufacturing department a: Team Leader Polymachinists M/F
A true field reference, you ensure the operational and technical management of a team of around 10 employees, while actively participating in production.
This role combines technical expertise, close leadership and organisational skills in a modern and demanding environment.
Your mission
As Team Leader, you directly contribute to the workshop's performance by ensuring the smooth running of production activities as well as the daily supervision of your team.

Your mission

- 70% Production & technical support
- 30% Team management & organisation
Your responsibilities Management & Leadership
- Supervise, support and develop employees' skills.
- Organise daily activities according to manufacturing priorities.
- Monitor individual and collective performance.
- Foster a positive, solution-oriented team dynamic.
- Participate in team versatility and skills development.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules, quality and safety standards as well as the 5S approach.
Production & Technical
- Carry out machining of mechanical parts on CNC machines (milling and turning).
- Program parts using CAM software.
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Ensure deadlines and quality requirements are met.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Job requirements:
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as polymachinist specialising in machining or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in CNC machining essential.
- Good knowledge of CAM programming.
- Mastery of Mastercam software is a real advantage.
- Natural leadership and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to unite and support a team.
- Experience in team management: an asset.
- Good command of common IT tools (Windows).
