What awaits you

• You are responsible for a team of four people and lead, develop your colleagues in a rewarding and targeted manner.
• You develop a relationship of trust with your team and ensure collaboration within the team as well as between the different sites.
• You participate in daily tasks and act as a point of reference. Handling complex debt collection cases is part of your area of expertise.
• You provide support for technical questions to our partners such as: debt enforcement offices, courts, the guarantee fund, social insurance institutions, other pension funds, etc.
• You actively participate in the development of our IT management platform and make a valuable contribution to the continuous improvement of collection processes.

What you bring

• You are an experienced leader with clear and positive communication and a taste for change management.
• You have several years of experience in a service-oriented environment, mainly in litigation.
• You have completed basic commercial training and further specialist training in the field of debt collection.
• You have an excellent command of French and very good knowledge of Italian. Knowledge of German would be an asset.
• You are a communicative, autonomous, proactive, flexible and customer-oriented personality.

What salary awaits you (gross, based on 100 per cent working time)
With our salary ranges, we rely on fair play, equity and transparency: in this position, you can expect a salary of 106,500 francs to 125,000 francs per year.
