Your contribution to the company
- As the main contact person for our clients regarding motor vehicle claims, you consistently place their satisfaction at the heart of your concerns, proactively responding to their needs and keeping them informed of decisions made concerning their files
- You manage motor vehicle insurance claims (third party liability, comprehensive) independently and purposefully, clarifying the facts and accurately assessing coverage and liability issues
- You verify and settle all claims fairly and efficiently, thus ensuring equitable treatment for each case
- Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you interact by phone and in writing with policyholders, injured parties, lawyers and other insurance companies, always focusing on quality customer service
Your skills and talents
- You hold a commercial qualification or equivalent (ideally in the insurance sector)
- Experience in claims handling or underwriting in motor insurance would be a valuable asset
- You possess good expression and negotiation skills and ideally are comfortable communicating in several languages
- You enjoy client contact and are determined to find the best possible solutions
- You see change as an opportunity for development
- You demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments and to remain calm in high-pressure situations
