In this management role, you adopt an entrepreneurial vision and act proactively and service-oriented. As a manager at ISS, you lead employees, are the primary contact for clients, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest quality level. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and client satisfaction.
What awaits you
- Coordination and supervision of cleaning teams
- Conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
- Management and monitoring of cleaning-related projects
- Regular contact with clients
- Financial monitoring of the activity
- Stock management, ordering cleaning materials (equipment and consumables) and inventory management
- Occasional night and weekend interventions
What you bring
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations/cleaning agent or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the transport sector (buses, trains) is a plus
- Essential team management experience
- Fluency in spoken and written French (minimum B2)
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office)
- Driving licence
- Strong customer orientation
- Autonomous and responsible
- Good stress resistance
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
