Scientific Assistant HES (50%)
Your mission
Define and implement a shared educational vision for the Learning and Assessment group
Ensure structured, coherent and sustainable management of the group and its activities
Strengthen coordination and cross-functionality between sites, programmes and involved stakeholders
Develop and structure institutional educational support systems
Establish mechanisms for monitoring and continuous improvement of teaching practices
Contribute to the integration of pedagogy, innovation, simulation and research
Your profile
Training in pedagogy or educational sciences or equivalent field (minimum Master’s level)
Strong understanding of the challenges of tertiary education in the health sector
Proven experience in project management and leadership, ideally in an academic or institutional context
Experience in research or educational development
Knowledge of simulation and digital pedagogy
Collaborative and transformational leadership
Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language
Work rate 50 %

Your task
Develop and implement a shared pedagogical vision for the Learning and Evaluation group
Ensure structured, coherent and sustainable management of the group and its activities
Promote coordination and cross-site, cross-programme and cross-department collaboration
Develop and structure institutional offers for pedagogical support and guidance
Introduce tools for quality assurance and continuous improvement of teaching
Participate in linking pedagogy, innovation, simulation and research
Your profile
University degree in pedagogy, educational sciences or a related field (at least Master’s degree)
Solid understanding of the challenges of higher education in the health sector
Several years of experience in project management and leadership, ideally in an academic or institutional environment
Experience in research or development of pedagogical concepts
Knowledge in simulation and digital pedagogy
Collaborative and transformational leadership style
Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language
Employment rate 50 %
