We are looking for a Quality Engineer for one of our clients

Main missions:

• Define and implement quality standards and procedures within the company.

• Develop and manage audit and quality control plans.

• Identify, analyse and address non-conformities, propose corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor quality performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.

• Train and raise awareness among teams on good quality practices.

• Collaborate with suppliers and clients to ensure product and service compliance.

• Manage quality certifications (ISO 9001, etc.) and prepare for external audits.

• Participate in the validation of new products and risk analysis.

Profile sought:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical training.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.

• Proficiency in quality tools and methods (audits, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Six Sigma?).

• Good knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

• Analytical mindset, rigour, autonomy and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

• Professional English (an asset).
