For one of my clients in the Châtel-St-Denis region, I am looking for a
Customer Service Assistant 100%
- Commercial Federal Certificate of Capacity or CVC/S with practical experience in the sanitary field
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Very good knowledge of German or Swiss German (level B2 or C1 required)
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Autonomous, organised and solution-oriented personality
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to manage stress and transform it into a performance driver
- Complete management of customer requests, from initial contact to final follow-up
- Preparation of offers, quotes and submissions
- Needs analysis and proposal of solutions tailored to specific projects and requests
- Coordination of projects in collaboration with representatives and technicians
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of internal processes
