Axepta SA, a specialised recruitment and temporary employment agency, is recruiting for one of its clients based in the canton of Vaud a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a permanent position.

Your duties
As the first point of contact for the company, you ensure a professional welcome and contribute to the smooth administrative running of the site.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming visitors, clients and partners
- Managing the telephone switchboard and directing calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail as well as parcels
- Organising and preparing internal events and meetings
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Managing various routine administrative tasks (filing, document management, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Ensuring the upkeep and friendliness of the reception and welcome areas
Your profile
- Proven experience in a similar role (reception, welcome, administrative assistance, hospitality or customer service)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent French, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of English and/or German is a real asset
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and discretion
- Organised, autonomous person capable of managing several tasks simultaneously
- Sense of priorities and administrative rigour
