OUR SITE:
Based in Châtel-St-Denis, Säuberlin & Pfeiffer is part of the "packaging and labels" division of the Autajon Group. The site has 150 employees and achieves an annual turnover exceeding 25 million francs.
As part of a retirement departure, we are looking for a:
QHSE Assistant at 50% (M/F)
Your missions
Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you play a key role in the proper functioning of our quality system. You actively contribute to the management of complaints and the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Ensuring the entry, monitoring and filing of customer complaint files via our QHSE tool
- Monitoring action plans and ensuring their proper implementation
- Participating in the monitoring and analysis of indicators and reports
- Contributing to the identification and updating of legal and regulatory requirements in QHSE matters
- Ensuring the follow-up of supplier complaints
Your profile
- You are recognised for your rigour and organisational skills, and you enjoy working with different stakeholders.
- You have a first experience (minimum 1 year) in the quality field
- You possess good analytical and synthesis skills
- You are comfortable in communication and appreciate fieldwork
- You master IT tools (CRM, MS Office suite) and especially Excel (basic functions, pivot tables)
