OUR SITE:

Based in Châtel-St-Denis, Säuberlin & Pfeiffer is part of the "packaging and labels" division of the Autajon Group. The site has 150 employees and achieves an annual turnover exceeding 25 million francs.

As part of a retirement departure, we are looking for a:



QHSE Assistant at 50% (M/F)



Your missions

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you play a key role in the proper functioning of our quality system. You actively contribute to the management of complaints and the continuous improvement of our processes.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the entry, monitoring and filing of customer complaint files via our QHSE tool
  • Monitoring action plans and ensuring their proper implementation
  • Participating in the monitoring and analysis of indicators and reports
  • Contributing to the identification and updating of legal and regulatory requirements in QHSE matters
  • Ensuring the follow-up of supplier complaints

Your profile

  • You are recognised for your rigour and organisational skills, and you enjoy working with different stakeholders.
  • You have a first experience (minimum 1 year) in the quality field
  • You possess good analytical and synthesis skills
  • You are comfortable in communication and appreciate fieldwork
  • You master IT tools (CRM, MS Office suite) and especially Excel (basic functions, pivot tables)
Part-time conditions: presence required 5 days per week on site
Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
