ai4 is an architecture and interior architecture firm based in Geneva (headquarters), Lausanne and Porto, with more than thirty collaborators.
To strengthen its Geneva team, we are looking for:
Project Manager (100%)
Main activities
. Architectural and construction management of various projects (simultaneously)
. Team, client and contractor management
Profile
. Minimum 5 years (mandatory) experience in architectural management and construction supervision, including team management
. Experience in administrative and financial project management: site schedules, drafting of bids, control of contractor offers; client, consultant and contractor follow-up; monitoring and updating of general estimates, invoicing follow-up and control
. Ease in team management
. Proficiency in Autocad software
. Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
. Very good knowledge of Excel and Word tools
. Ability to work independently, in a structured and rigorous manner
. Proactive mindset, attention to detail and technical precision
. Sense of responsibility and respect for confidentiality
. Good stress and priority management in a multi-project environment
