Director of the Neuchâtel Cantonal Compensation Fund (m/f/d) 100%



In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure the general management of the institution and guarantee its strategic, organisational, financial, technical, and human steering.

  • Carry a long-term vision, lead major projects related to legislative, technological, and societal developments.

  • Work closely with the fund's management commission, the Department of Employment and Social Cohesion (DECS), and members of the Conference of Cantonal Compensation Funds.

  • Represent the CCNC with authorities and institutional partners.

Your profile:

  • Education or experience as follows: higher education in law, economics, or public administration | Social insurance certificate | Experience in social insurance.

  • Proven experience in management roles.

  • Fine understanding of strategic, political, and financial issues.

  • Interest in public policies, particularly those related to social security.

  • Leadership based on trust, listening, and collaboration.

  • Ability to unite teams and partners around shared objectives.

  • Analytical and synthesis skills.

  • Ability to negotiate with tact and determination.

  • Mother tongue: French and oral proficiency in German.

  • Swiss nationality is required for this position (federal requirement).
