To complete its multidisciplinary team, we are looking for a:Nurse %Your mission- Individualized care and support: Offer and guarantee personalized care, autonomously and/or upon medical prescription, taking into account the physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and cultural needs of each resident.- Personalized project referent: Build, with the resident, their loved ones, and the multidisciplinary team, an individualized life project according to a humanistic and holistic approach to care.- Management of complex situations: Accompany residents in crisis situations with a reflective practice, by leading preventive and therapeutic actions in collaboration with doctors and health professionals.- Team coordination and supervision: Organize, guide, and supervise the activities and care of the team (ASSC, ASE, qualified and unqualified nursing assistants).- End-of-life support: Ensure care and support for the resident and their loved ones in the final days, with humanity and dignity.- Medication management and compliance: Plan medical prescriptions, prepare and administer medications, while guaranteeing compliance with procedures, hygiene standards, and safety.- Collaboration with loved ones: Accompany families throughout the resident's journey with kindness and empathy.- Institutional involvement: Get involved in the establishment's projects and take up challenges with enthusiasm in the world of health.Professional skills- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or equivalent with Swiss recognition.- Experience in geriatrics or psychiatry is an asset.- Interest in non-pharmacological approaches for people with cognitive disorders is an asset.- Mastery of common office tools and DIR-SADIES software.- Excellent oral and written command of the French language; a foreign language is an asset.- Sincere empathy, human warmth, benevolent approach with residents.- Interest in the field of the elderly and the complexity of the world of health.- Knowledge of disorders related to old age such as cognitive disorders and/or behavioral disorders.- Ability to maintain the right professional distance, respectful and without coldness with the elderly.- Team spirit and ease of collaboration with other EMS professions.- Desire to invest and stabilize over the long term, in a team that one helps to grow.Working conditions and benefits- 40-hour week and 5 weeks of vacation (Geneva EMS collective agreement).- Daytime hours.- TPG subscription.- Cafeteria with preferential prices for staff.- Access to a gym with machines, on-site, in connection with the physiotherapy service.- A motivating and stimulating job in a pleasant work environment.- Enriching interactions with residents and the various services.- A health and safety at work program putting employees at the center of actions.- Training program (e.g., abuse, good practices).Start date: As soon as possible.Interested?
