• Manage and monitor client files as well as insurance mandates in compliance with the procedures in force
• Analyse needs and propose appropriate insurance solutions
• Ensure the processing of contracts, ensuring their compliance and proper execution
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and partners, offering personalised advice
• Actively participate in claims management and complaints, ensuring effective and prompt follow-up
• Collaborate closely with the team to optimise internal processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department
PROFILE REQUIRED
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• AFA training or first professional experience (internship or employment) in the field of private insurance, an advantage
• Excellent command of German (level C1/C2 required), good knowledge of French a plus
• Customer service orientation, rigour and analytical skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Motivation to learn and develop in the insurance field
