What you will accomplish

• Carry out troubleshooting and maintenance of sites
• Ensure the operation of technical installations
• Apply methods, specifications and work processes
• Control the quality of one-off tasks performed by third parties
• Request quotes, negotiate, order, control services and manage costs
• Contribute to building safety

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
• Specialisation: in a CVCE field
• Professional experience: Experience in building technology
• Versatility and independence
• Proficiency with common IT tools
• Ability to work irregular hours and on-call duty
• Written and spoken command of the French language
• Maintenance agent certificate would be a plus
• French (B1)
