Internal Service Employee for the Main Agency Le Landeron

Your contribution to the company

  • Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by telephone or at reception during their visit to the agency
  • Assistance and support to insurance advisors in arranging appointments with their clients
  • Preparation and follow-up of appointments with clients, support to advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
  • Drafting insurance offers and proposals
  • Close and ongoing contact with the agency’s advisor teams
  • Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA’s regional headquarters

Your skills and talents

  • With a commercial background, you have initial experience in administration, particularly in the insurance sector; AFA qualification is an advantage
  • Your interest in advice and sales is marked, and your motivation to train on our products and internal processes is strong
  • Your personality is service-oriented and you will always seek the best fair solution for all
  • With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable, flexible, and have ease in interpersonal contacts as well as an excellent team spirit
  • You are fluent in French both spoken and written; any other language is an additional asset
  • You reside in our activity area and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
  • You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
