Your contribution to the company
- Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by telephone or at reception during their visit to the agency
- Assistance and support to insurance advisors in arranging appointments with their clients
- Preparation and follow-up of appointments with clients, support to advisor teams in their daily tasks, correspondence and general administration
- Drafting insurance offers and proposals
- Close and ongoing contact with the agency’s advisor teams
- Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA’s regional headquarters
Your skills and talents
- With a commercial background, you have initial experience in administration, particularly in the insurance sector; AFA qualification is an advantage
- Your interest in advice and sales is marked, and your motivation to train on our products and internal processes is strong
- Your personality is service-oriented and you will always seek the best fair solution for all
- With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable, flexible, and have ease in interpersonal contacts as well as an excellent team spirit
- You are fluent in French both spoken and written; any other language is an additional asset
- You reside in our activity area and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
