Your contribution to the company
- Targeted and personalised advice on insurance solutions to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency or by phone
- Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
- Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of the client portfolio in your region
- Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services)
- Completion of administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools
Your skills and talents
- You have completed a professional apprenticeship and have some initial experience; knowledge of the service, insurance or banking sector is an advantage
- You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in Broye because you live there
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in dealing with others, you seek solutions for your clients and know how to adapt to any situation
- You are proficient in French both spoken and written; any other language is an advantage
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented; remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
