To join our Recycling & Refining management team composed of 3 people, we are looking for a product & process quality engineer.

You are proactive, autonomous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. You have a strong presence on the ground and enjoy working within multidisciplinary teams.



Product & Process Quality Engineer (M/F)



Your impact:

  • Prepare and participate in internal and external audits (ISO, RJC, LBMA, clients) and ensure the follow-up of certifications and labels
  • Monitor quality indicators and propose improvement actions with the teams
  • Manage customer complaints and requests, ensuring documented and efficient handling
  • Energise document management (M-Files) and optimise precious metal inventories
  • Be a key user of transaction systems (X3) and contribute to ERP developments to improve productivity
  • Model and simplify refining flows and represent these processes to stakeholders
  • Participate in the development of automatic transaction controls with the compliance and AML service
  • Lead the implementation of new tools and methods (Colearnis, 5S workshops)
  • Support teams on technical and quality processes (refining, chemistry, foundry), training, and sustaining best practices
  • Contribute to the creation of defect catalogues for Good Delivery bars and strengthen internal audits with the QES
  • Ensure environmental liaison, monitor regulatory obligations, and update ISO 14001 data

You make a difference if:

  • You hold a HES engineering degree or equivalent training in a technical field (mechanical, materials, or similar)
  • You have proven experience in an industrial environment, preferably already in precious metals
  • You have good knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, CAPA, problem solving)
  • You have a good command of ISO 14001 standard and ideally RJC, AML certifications
  • You are comfortable with IT tools and data analysis (Microsoft Office, ERP, etc.)
  • You have a good command of French
