Your mission:
For one of our clients in the public sector, we are seeking a Legal Officer (M/F).
Duration of assignment: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Work rate: 100%
Salary: 7300 CHF gross / month
Your tasks:
- Analyse files and prepare legal analyses within the framework of debt recovery procedures in Switzerland and abroad.
- Identify appropriate legal solutions for the various cases encountered.
- Ensure, in certain cases, the follow-up and debt recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with the various stakeholders and partners involved in the procedures.
- Participate in the management and administrative and legal follow-up of files.
Your profile:
Your profile:
- Degree in Swiss or foreign law
- Good knowledge of Swiss law
- Experience in debt enforcement law is an asset
- Ability to analyse complex legal situations and propose appropriate solutions
- Autonomy, initiative and flexibility
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Good listening skills, interpersonal ease and negotiation skills
- French: native language.
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese (any other language is an asset)
